RETAIL CONSULTANCY Whether you’re a luxury fashion label, a high street department store or a small independent boutique, in times like these you should be maximising your exposure and sales by looking after and retaining your existing customers, whilst attracting the new ones! Chantelle will help you add further value to your customer experience by helping you with purchase decisions for a new season, as well as training staff on how to offer professional style advice. In her bespoke training program, you will learn all the essential body shape theory including the best styles for each, the effects of using different colour palettes, how to read your customers and solving their style issues, as well as demonstrating how to build an effective capsule wardrobe for customers – all resulting in increased loyalty and increased in sale values. Appreciating that every business is different, Chantelle will begin by understanding your company inside and out, its goals, work ethos, potential issues and its ultimate objectives. She will help implement an action plan and work with you and your budget, taking your business to a new dimension. |
